Our Youth Yoga sessions offer a safe, engaging, and empowering space for pre-teens and teens, ages 11 to 16, to explore movement, breath, and mindfulness. In a world filled with distractions and pressures, these classes provide an opportunity for young people to reconnect with themselves, fostering a sense of calm and confidence. Each 1 hour session is designed to be both fun and educational, helping students develop essential tools to navigate daily challenges with ease. We help young minds connect to their bodies and hearts—because self-awareness starts early.
Through a blend of yoga poses, breathwork, and guided meditation, our classes support the growth of emotional regulation, focus, and inner peace. Whether it's cultivating mindfulness to improve concentration, learning techniques to manage stress, or simply enjoying a moment of quiet reflection, our youth yoga program encourages holistic development.
