Meet Uni

My Sacred Walk

I am Uni a.k.a. Jamilah Falero, which is my born name by the way. I just chose to adopt Uni which was given to me through one of my deepest meditations. 


I am from Brooklyn, N.Y, Savannah, GA and now reside in Michigan. I am a mother of two, a United Sates Marine Veteran and a phenomenal Holistic Healer. I also have a BA in Criminal Justice and a MA in Political Science and also a Green Belt in Six Sigma.

My Sacred Walk

 I help self and others heal through several different holistic esoteric approaches. I AM experienced in Yoga, Meditation, Massage Therapy, Ayurveda, Crystals, Energy Work, and Transformative Imagery through meditation. I also dabble with Astrology, Tarot and Crystal readings, which I am still gaining more knowledge of and something that is just a energetic tool to help you along your journey but not to guide your journey. My sun sign is Sagittarius which clearly explains my need for adventure, rising (Ascendant) sign Aries is where I shine in the ability to adapt to any given situation, and my moon sign is Virgo which champions organization.

Our bodies are quite adept at repairing themselves. We use methods that aid that natural ability with modalities like Yoga, nutrition, meditation and therapy, like energy work, crystal therapy and massage.

Ayurveda Nutrition

We believe many illnesses are caused by the toxins in our foods. Avoiding manufactured ingredients and pesticides reduces the harmful substances entering our bodies. Replacing them with cleaner, more organically grown food and natural plant remedies which aids the body in healing itself and preventing future disease. 

Yoga Meditation Therapy

Yoga integrates with holistic medicine as it has been found to treat the whole person. Yoga therapy increases flexibility and stamina, improves pain and anxiety and enhances the immune system. Yoga therapy focuses not only on physical health, but wellness of the mind and emotions. Meditation is known to clear the mind and has healing benefits that supersedes any other healing modality being the most powerful of them all.
